The location was perfect, it was just a short walk to everywhere we wanted to be away from the noise. We really enjoyed staying there. It was our 1st time to Venice so it was nice to have that apartment to stay at.

Stairs a bit steep and narrow, a little tricky when carrying big and heavy luggage, but that just me being picky. It wasn't that big of a problem.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Venise ! Nous avons été très bien accueillis dès notre arrivée. Le logement était très, très propre, confortable et parfaitement entretenu. Nous avions tout à disposition pour passer un séjour agréable, ce qui a vraiment été appréciable. L’emplacement est également un véritable atout : nous étions à seulement 8 minutes à pied du Ponte Di Rialto, de nombreux commerces et commodités, ainsi que de la place Saint-Marc. Un emplacement idéal pour découvrir Venise à pied tout en profitant d’un endroit calme et agréable pour se reposer. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la propreté des lieux, le confort et l’accueil. Tout était réuni pour que nous passions un très beau séjour. Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement et y retournerions avec grand plaisir !

For its price range, this is the perfect experience: comfortable bedding, ample air conditioning, a great minibar, attentive staff, and a perfect location that's both peaceful and convenient.

The location was great and within walking distance of all the main attractions. The bed was comfortable, and once we were able to access the room, it was adequate for our stay.

The check-in experience was extremely disappointing. I completed the online check-in the day before arrival and also replied to the hotel’s message confirming that we would arrive between 16:00 and 17:00. Despite this, when we arrived within the agreed time window, the front door was open but there was no staff member present. After calling the hotel 10–15 times over approximately 40 minutes with no answer, I became understandably frustrated. When someone finally called me back, there was no apology for the delay. Instead, the call was abruptly ended and I simply received a text message with instructions on how to access the room. The staff member did apologise later via message, but the whole experience felt very unprofessional and gave a poor first impression. We later spoke to other guests, who mentioned that staff are rarely on-site. The room itself also had several maintenance and cleanliness issues. The bathroom window was broken, would not close properly, and was quite dirty. The shower drain was clogged, so after only a few minutes of showering, the bathroom floor filled with several centimetres of water, meaning I had to stand in dirty water for the rest of my shower. Additionally, the bathroom ceiling is extremely low, so taller guests have to duck to use it comfortably. Overall, the excellent location wasn’t enough to make up for the poor check-in experience, lack of staff availability, and the maintenance issues in the room. While the room was acceptable for a short stay, I expected a much smoother and more professional experience for the price. I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.
