The location was perfect, just a few minutes’ walk from the Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, and Spanish Steps. The reception is available 24/7, which was very convenient, especially when coming back late. I was traveling solo, and as a solo female traveler, I felt very safe and comfortable staying here. Marco was so friendly and welcoming when I arrived, and he explained everything I needed to know. The other reception staff were also very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. My room was ready immediately, the Wi-Fi was fast, and the room was clean and comfortable. I also booked a taxi to the airport through the hotel, and it arrived right on time. Everything was easy and well organized.
I honestly didn’t have any major complaints. I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay.
