AC Hotel by Marriott Kuala Lumpur

i like the room very clean, the mattress and pillow are clean and soft. the bathroom with adequate hot shower for tired days with provided amenities, shower gel and hair care. not to forget the hair dryer function well. towels are excellent providing bath towel, face towel and extra for my hair.

my days at the breakfast are to battle food with korean ajumma and ajussi. finely entertaining while able to get full breakfast.

Room: Clean, amenities all good but only downside is the sound-proof and also our first night, middle of the night, there was a vibration sound starting 11pm and it was not a good thing for any light-sleepers. However, good thing was after feedback to the reception, we get to change to another room without the vibration sound. Much better but the sound-proof was not really good as we can hear the next room customers moving and water running...... Breakfast: Not so bad, we stayed for 4 days and kinda got bored with the breakfast choices. The crew team on duty were super friendly and efficient. A big kudos to them! Location: the location is in the mid of the town, going everywhere was easy but getting Grab food was a nightmare... everything have to wait more than 30 mins. But the opposite restaurant was a good choice if wanna avoid the traffic for dinner. Car Park: easy access for human but for car... the entrance to the basement car park was sooo narrow and good driving skills is in need! Validate the TnG card at reception for RM10 per day, I think the price was quite fair enough. Staffs and Crews: Friendly and Helpful especially the concierge.

Sound proof system in the room and the elevator door closing too soon and not able to stop even hit a person....quite dangerous. Also, we put up "Do not disturb" sign throughout the stay and informed the house-keeping but yet they still called to the room and asked us if we need any house-keeping at night. Over-responsible, maybe?
