The hotel was clean and our room was comfortable and well equipped.
The owners were not friendly and were aloof. The bar was open from 5-10. When we went in around 7pm, the shutters were down. We rang the bell for service and the owner came, gave us our drinks and then left the bar area. He did not engage us in conversation and we did not feel comfortable to ring the bell again. When we left on Sunday, there was noone at reception, just a note to say to leave your key.

Nice location beautiful building
In our room we had two draws with rush in them and a draw that was a little dirty, cheap furniture

Comfortable and spacious room.
Very quiet with it being in a residential area. We also barely saw anyone within the hotel after check in, we quite liked the peace! From the couple of interactions with the staff they were lovely and helpful. Free parking permit with ample parking on the street which was great, which made this hotel great value for money compared to hotels which charge you for parking.
About 10-15min walk into the centre so not as convenient as other hotels, although the the walk was fine for us. The comfort, quietness of the hotel and free parking definitely makes up for the walking.
