Rooms, food and cleanliness
Not be able to access beds or chairs in spa. So never used the spa. This was as soon as we checked in.

Lovely location and our suite was excellent.
Nothing to dislike.
8 / 10Excellent·oct. 2026
Nice location and light, bright, airy room.
The balcony did not have a view. It was a brick wall. Last time it was a lovely woodland view. The shower was not good- dangerously hot.

Lovely decor, very relaxing.
Not having the spa as part of our package and needing to pay extra to access this & small things such a tea stained mugs in the room & slow service in the restaurant.
