chambre propre, nettoyée tous les jours, grande piscine très propre, parking privé devant établissement

accueil froid avec le personnel surtout avec celui qui nous a accueilli (on se demande s'il n'est pas là par obligation). mauvaise insonorisation des murs, pas de cafetière ni de liquide vaisselle niveau accessoire. Pas d'eau chaude

Spacious and clean but lack of sockets in kitchen has to boil kettle on floor need more utensils for cooking but overall good

Personnel non chalon et limite desagreable je parle d une personne qui nous acceuilli lors du check in faudra vraiment penser à lui enseigner l art de l hotelerie c est un homme un peu obèse cheveux lisse j ai pas retenu son nom mais le reste du personnel etait bien ainsi que les femmes de chambre

The Huma Hotel started off as Timeshare hotel accommodation, and some accommodation may still be used as such?. It has a very large spacious entrance and common areas, on 5 levels, with entrance to a very nicely, laid out large pool area, well maintained on my visit. Reached from the second floor level. My one bedroom, double, pool view studio apartment, was on the fourth floor level Room 414. It was excellent. But, it retained all the holidays, seasoned furniture etc. No issues. Recommended.

Prior to Booking, I checked out previous reviews, which was 50/50. But, one issue which was very important for me, was a working elevator/Lift. And previous reviews highlighted problems. I emailed Huma, to confirm it was fully operational, if not, then my accommodation must be on the lower floor level. They replied, there were no issues with the Elevators/ lift. This information was completely incorrect. As when on arriving. The 2 lifts in the Huma, only one was in operation, the other had a sign not in service use, and looked like it had been that way for some considerable time? The only operating lift failed on my 3/4th day stay, and my accommodation on the 4th level. To say this was a disaster, in view of me communicating with the Huma before booking , is COMPLETELY inexcusable. And providing FALSE INFORMATION to its customers. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED IF YOU HAVE ANY MOBILITY OR HEALTH ISSUES.
