À notre arrivée dans notre apart-hotel, plus de liquide savon, le shampooing et gel douche quasi vides. Manque du côté appartement d'un kit d'arrivée avec éponge, essuie-tout et liquide vaisselle. Au niveau du restaurant, nous y allions uniquement pour le petit-déjeuner, la vaisselle n'était pas toujours propres.

Nice and clean entrance to the hotel, good location, clean area around the pool, no noise from the road, comfortable beds.

On arrival when we entered the room we saw a puddle on the floor, apparently there was a fault with the pipes in the ceiling which led to the leak. It wasn’t a good start of our holiday to have two plumbers with a ladder in our room fixing the issue for more than an hour while we just wanted to unpack the bags and enjoy our holiday. No sorry for the inconvenience from the hotel followed up! While the hotel should have proper facilities for cooking, the only knife we had was a curvy bread knife. When we asked from the reception for another knife that would be suitable for cutting and peeling the veg and other stuff, they promised to ask somewhere, and we haven’t heard from them since. The hotel area has lots of glass doors and windows that have stickers on them so that people see the glass and don’t bang into them. From our balcony we could see that other rooms also had a sticker on their balcony doors, which was obviously a great safety measure. Our balcony door, unfortunately, didn’t have a sticker on and our family members hit the glass a few times before we asked from the reception for a sticker. They looked very surprised to know that there wasn’t a sticker on the glass balcony doors in our room and promised to ask someone. We haven’t heard from them since so we had to take our own steps to prevent an accident and put our own colourful napkins on the glass door attached by a seal tape. Daily cleaning was a joke. During our 4 night stay the balcony wasn’t cleaned at all . The bed sheets have never been changed ( normally the hotels are normally changing the sheets if not every second night, then once every three nights). The sink in the bathroom had never been cleaned. The floor was poorly brushed on two days and on day three it wasn’t brushed at all.The floor had never been mapped during our stay. Our family member went to use the ladies toilet in the main foyer and the lock stuck so they were not able to open the door.
