L'hôtel est très bien placé, proche du City Palace et du centre ville touristique, facilement accessible en voiture. Et une fois installé, on peut tout faire à pied Ancienne maison familiale, pour ne pas dire un petit palais appartenant à une ancienne famille, absolument ravissant, très bien décoré et particulièrement propre Personnel aux petits soins, prêt à aider à la moindre occasion Nous avions une chambre au rez-de-chaussée, disposant d'une terrasse avec des fauteuils confortables, la chambre et la terrasse donnant sur le jardin intérieur et la piscine

Le fait d'être au rez-de-chaussée et donnant sur le jardin, limitait l'intimité, donc rideau tirés pour être tranquilles et chambre un peu sombre. Mais comme nous avons passé la plupart du temps en vadrouille, cela n'a pas pénalisé Une grande variété de choix pour le petit-déjeuner, des plats indiens au menu classique continental, avec une variété de choix, mais la qualité et les saveurs (jus de fruit industriel, pancakes un peu secs) ne laisseront pas un souvenir impérissable

Our usual review: a beautiful Rajasthani Haveli with a truly authentic feel. We stayed in a spacious, comfortable top-floor room with a view to Udaipur Palace. The Haveli is full of character, with lovely gardens (including 3 tortoises) and a good-sized swimming pool. There is also a charming garden restaurant offering an all-day dining menu, plus a coffee café serving a full range of barista-made coffees and delicious homemade cakes and slices. The SPECIAL review: I caught the flu, and this is where Hotel Mahendra Prakash truly showed its character. They extended our stay by five nights without any fuss, which was an immediate relief for my husband and me. I needed a couple of days of bed rest, and I could not have chosen a better place to recover. Everyone knew I was unwell, and everyone cared that I was resting and getting better. No one was intrusive, but help was always nearby when I needed it. I had a steady supply of hot chicken soup, fresh room and bed linen, and the quiet I needed to recuperate. Ajay and Anupama own the hotel, with Mili and Hukam managing the front desk and a night manager whose name I lost. They are at the hotel throughout the day and night, always stop by your table for a chat and to make sure everything is going well. The managers make every effort to help with information, taxis, tuk-tuks, and anything else you might need — even a hospital visit. The restaurant team are just as helpful, taking the time to explain the menu and encourage guests to try new dishes. They were always willing to assist and offer more. The entire team at Hotel Mahendra Prakash genuinely cares about guests’ health and wellbeing. Their kindness and thoughtfulness are what take Hotel Mahendra Prakash from good to GREAT. Exceptional property - walking distance to main attractions As a solo female traveller found this incredibly safe and well located Beautiful property with fabulous breakfast and staff who went above and beyond. Special thanks to Mili and her fantastic customer service in posting items we had inadvertently left behind to our next destination and was assiduous in following up to ensure we received them Cannot rate this hotel highly enough

Nothing - I very rarely give top billing to accomodation as something can always be improved but I truly loved this hotel and was exceptional comfortable as a solo female
