Noisy at night, and when people come in and out, slamming doors etc you can hear everything, in this case it seem to be the employees that were making a lot of noise..

The beds was so hard

L’emplacement était top, quartier calme et tranquil à proximité d’un centre commercial (16 mins à pieds), d’un institut de beauté et de restaurant (4 mins à pieds) et supermarché (5mins). La literie, le linge de lit était super propre. La chambre était vraiment très spacieuse. Le personnel était extrêmement gentil et le petit déjeuner délicieux. Il y avait également de l’eau chaude, ce qui est rare par rapport aux autres villes que nous avons pu faire.

Only one member of the staff had an outstannding customer service, he helped us with our luggage at our arrival and assited us as a waiter.

The labor exploitation of the previous staff member I mentioned was very concerning. He was responsible for many different roles, working late into the night and then returning early in the morning. This is the first time I have seen a hotel where a single employee is expected to handle the responsibilities of so many different positions. He is a bellhop, waiter, and maintanance staff. I was also very disappointed with how the hotel handled an incident involving my car. Due to the lack of adequate parking space, my car suffered a large scratch. I reported the incident to the receptionist, but no one went to inspect the damage. I repeatedly asked her to at least review the security cameras, but she seemed more focused on proving that the hotel staff was not involved rather than addressing my concern or helping determine what had happened. Finally she quickly reviewed the camaras, still only focusing in showing that the hotel was not involved. Since the hotel does not have a security guard, they were unable to provide any report or identify who may have caused the damage. However, was also disappointing the receptionist's attitude. She appeared indifferent and did not show any real concern about the situation or make a meaningful effort to assist me. Overall, this experience was very disappointing and raised serious concerns for me about the hotel's staffing, security, and customer service.
