The location is right next to Altona Hbf, I reserved there as I was expecting to take the train right there, unfontunately, it was under maintenence so I had to take the subway to another station. Eitherway the location is near to restaurants and stores. I was not able to visit the Elba River that is very near.
The carpet in the halls looks old and a little dirty. The breakfast could include some more protein, it was only eggs and bacon, it was mostly cereals, bread and fruits.

Clean and very convenient for Hamburg Altona station.
The entranceway tight by the station doesn’t feel very welcoming but it’s fine for a convenient stay.
