Well, I liked that I bitched to get a room with a balcony because I paid for it and they did change the room. Rosario was very helpful with carrying our bags. No cart to push bags either. Garage was so small and could barely get out. See below!
There were blinds between the bathroom and the bedroom that were barely covering the bathroom user. This hotel is not up to the rating it gets. The staff try and be very helpful but the minute you walk in you are not in luxury at all. It seems run down. Our AC and safe did not work. The staff had to come help us both times. The shower drained on to the bathroom floor and we had to create a moat so the water wouldn't flood the room! We would not stay again other than Rosario who was very helpful to us.
