Club Paradisio El Gouna Red Sea

L’emplacement et la gentillesse du personnel

We have just spent an exceptional stay at Paradisio. From the moment we arrived, the entire team demonstrated remarkable professionalism. We would first like to extend a very special mention to Sandy and Romario for their outstanding commitment and dedication throughout our stay. We would also like to give special recognition to the management team, especially Romario and Sandy, who were absolutely outstanding from beginning to end. We had many requests, some of them quite complex and demanding, and they always showed exceptional availability, kindness, and efficiency in responding to each and every one of them. Sandy was even able, from the very moment we arrived, to find a solution perfectly suited to our needs, even though we had not informed the hotel of our requirements in advance. Furthermore, when we encountered difficulties with local service providers that we had unfortunately booked outside the hotel, Romario immediately took charge of the situation. He found quick and effective solutions that went far beyond our expectations, even though these issues were not his responsibility. Their sense of service, dedication, and genuine willingness to help guests contributed greatly to making our stay truly unforgettable. A huge thank you to Sandy and Romario and also the entire Paradisio team for their warm welcome and professionalism.
