The room was exceptional - we loved the premier suite and balcony with the lagoon views was a dream.
The customer service from everyone was superb, welcomed on the day by Abdel Rahman who looked after us so well, explained the services and amenities well. Perfect welcome.
Throughout our stay all the hotel staff including security who always called the taxis/tuktuk for us super fast, house cleaning staff, restaurant staff and all the reception staff were amazing and welcoming in every way.
Nothing - everything was perfect

"A truly charming resort featuring absolute tranquility and breathtaking, relaxing views. Every detail was excellent: delicious food, a stunning location, a wonderful and clean pool, and exceptionally friendly staff
"None at all, everything was flawless and perfect

The breakfast and the space of the room
The value against the service we have received is very poor. The reception desk is always busy and not very fast to handle all customers' requests. The pool is very small. The extra sofa bed was very small. The house keeping doesn't change the bed sheets. The electricity was cut off in our room for more than an hour in a five stars hotel!!
