Great location and really decent room! Handy discount next door in the pub. Nice staff.

Some elements of the room looked a little tired in real life and the door to the bathroom needed oiling as it was incredibly loud to close in the middle of the night!

The location was around the corner from the airport bus. Such a great location!

Staff friendly and helpful. Location great. Bar and restaurant very good.

The bed in room 209 LULU was very uncomfortable and creaked badly on every move.

Room wasnt the biggest room in the world considering the price point, it was clean and the bed is comfy. but other hotels in the area as just as nice.

communicating with the hotel, still waiting for a reply. ended up cancelling our original booking and rebooking! staff. I get that its cool to be depressed. the girl on the bar with 9 set of eye lashes on was moody and not very welcoming, staff on arrival were helpful, no real customer service. I get it, its hard in this sector right now. you have to reply on uni students. staff didn't seem interested in being there, its all a bit too casual. I stay in edinburgh a few times a year but i'll stay somewhere else, let the americans stay.
