Location, comfort, easy communication and helpfull staff
There is some noisy from the street in the night (but thats not unusual for the citycenter on weekends). Check in and out, and breakfast is in another hotel 300m away, kan be inconvenient if you have a heavy luggage.

Emplacement au top, petit déjeuner superbe avec beaucoup de choix
Malheureusement une nuit courte puisque la chambre donne sur la rue très animée, et travaux dès l’aube ! Ce qui nous a empêché de vraiment dormir !

The location is in the centre, near the train station. Breakfast was amazing, there was everything to choose from, the friendly staff made us excellent coffee. The environment was in a quiet location. Room was very clean, quit.
Nothing.

Clean room and comfortable bed
Staff was very unfriendly, such a shock after all the nice hosts we had so far in Italy. Also, housekeepjng left the key on our room so everyone could have walked in and taken our stuff. There is a nice breakfast hall, but we were not allowed to sit there. Instead we had to stay in a dusty room with no day light.
