Location Location, staff Julie and Li were so helpful and their service was excellent. The Location is perfect and breakfast and other rooms overlook the lake. I'll be back for sure. Thanks for the service and kindness.

The balcony had a lovely view over the lake. Juli was lovely and caring and accomodating. Very lovely lady. The chef was a lovely lady who went to a lot of trouble to do a cute little breakfast Cheaper back room (the brown ones rooms) were nicer rooms and more bigger and comfortable and good bathroom though no window.

We stayed 3 nights in the most expensive room with balcony. It was dirty and grim. The aircon was so noisy we had to try and fix it by pulling up the aircon a bit and sticking something under it to try and stop the settling as we couldn’t sleep. Fridge in room but when u leave the room they only give u one key and will NOT give u another so it cuts off all electricity so fridge was always warm. We got greeted by the young man on reception. His first worlds after hello was the rules. We do not want any stains at all on the bed sheets!! 😱😱🤨🤨 Such a random awkward thing to say when just rolling up to a hotel 😆🤦🏻‍♀️ Room had stains all over the walls dirty curtains and pretty dirty bathroom and all very dated and tired. We had booked for 3 nights and had booked for another one night to come back after an excursion (we had done all this before arriving to Vietnam. ) the room we had for 1 night was the cheaper room…the brown room. It was a lot more modern, clean bathroom with a nice aircon and comfy bed. It was also quieter. It was definitely the better room. Breakfast was cute . Very Vietnamese but everything I had tasted good. Right on the lake so noisy but all noise calms down after 10:30pm Good central location
