The staff was really nice and helpful with a great basement bar. The breakfast was pretty good and the room we had was quiet. Can't beat the location either. Really quiet street with some great bars, restaurants nearby. Super central but quiet at the same time.
No window to the outside in our room

Location was perfect for exploring the old quarter whilst not being int the busiest streets. The breakfasts were great and the bar was very relaxing- nice after a full day in the chaos of much of Hanoi. The staff couldn’t have been more attentive and helpful. They made sure all our links and taxis were in place for us and advised on where to go and what to see.

The hotel is in a good location just a few steps from the lake.the room was a bit tired however very clean and the bed extremely comfortable. The bar has a speakeasy vibe and the bar staff were friendly and full of tips for the area. The highlight of this hotel really is the staff, special mention to Jimmy and Sophie at reception. Nothing was too much trouble and they gave great advice of where to eat and visit as well as where to avoid. Contact prior to arrival was very good with prompt replies and info/ help from Jimmy.
