Ansen Hotel and Suites

I had an amazing stay at Ansen Hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with such warmth and kindness. A special mention goes to Ilyas!! he is truly the best! He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during my stay. Always smiling, always helpful, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. He made me feel like family, not just a guest. Thank you, Ilyas! But Ilyas isn't the only star, the entire team is incredible. Every single staff member I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. Housekeeping kept my room spotless, the front desk was always helpful, and everyone worked together to make my stay unforgettable. The location is great, the rooms are comfortable and clean, and the hospitality is unmatched. I would recommend Ansen Hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. Thank you to Ilyas and the whole team!! you are the best! I will definitely be back.

Honestly, there was nothing I didn't like. My stay was wonderful from start to finish. If I had to mention something, it would only be that I wished I could have stayed longer!

The hotel is nicely located in Pera. The rooms are very spacious. The staff were very nice and helpful. They tried to do everything to make our stay more comfortable.

Stuff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and tidy. Location is just 1-2 min walk away to Şişhane metro. Breakfast- croissants were fresh and tasty! I did not need to go somewhere else for breakfast. Area offers lots of things to do- exhibitions, museums, bars, bookshops, etc. Room had good air conditioner. Kettle could be improved. Liked my stay overall, it was a home feeling.

Only negative side was the noise from outside… specially friday and saturday nights the bars and clubs around are loud, since it is a touristic area. Pretty normal for the area but you hear it from the room, no soundproof windows.

We booked us a standard room, sadly the room wasn’t like we expected we were at the bottom floor where all the people who visit the bar comes down to use the toilet, here a list I prepared to show you my genuineness review. What we liked: - the bar - the hotel is in the Center - the bar personal and some other personals - it was clean - the Turkish cleaning personal

What we didn’t liked: - the room, first it showed discounted so instead of paying 800 I did payed like 280 for 3 nights, but the room is never worth that much honestly. - There is literally no single trash in the room only one in the toilet. - old beds so you don’t sleep straight, old blankets and yeah the blankets were kinda thin and the bed sheets to small somehow so they went off the bed always. - there is a watercooker in the room but there is literally no plug in in the wall and there are coffee glasses but there weren’t coffee or tea in the room. - room needs a renovation I’m sure they can afford it. - breakfast is not a open buffet so you get croissaint and a egg and some vegetables everyday. - the Romanian cleaning worker, she came without my permission in the room and she complained that we opened the music too loud, darling we paid for the room so we have the right to listen to music.
