Amazing breakfast varietym very close to the airport shuttle bus about 5 minutes walk, in the center of everything, walking distance everywhere and exact at the tram station

The Aircon in the room was old and made noise so I couldn't use it while I sleep, the door of the veranda was broken I couldn't close it completely to block the noise from the street night time

I really liked the location of the hotel. It is right in the center of everything, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, and shopping options nearby. All the staff were polite, respectful, and helpful, starting with the reception team — Mousa, Ibrahim, and Ramazan — as well as Mourad. The breakfast staff were also very friendly, respectful, and helpful, especially Sema Chef, Layla, and Anna Valentina. Overall, I had a wonderful experience, and I will definitely stay at the same hotel again whenever I visit Istanbul. The check-in process was fast and smooth, and they kindly accommodated our early check-in.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included in the room rate, and the restaurant staff were absolutely brilliant – especially Leila. They served a different and delicious breakfast every day, with a 360-degree view of Istanbul and Aksaray – a lovely place to have breakfast.

The TV wasn’t working, and the staff weren’t honest from the outset about the fact that none of the TVs in the hotel were working; after they tried to reprogram it, they told me that the TVs weren’t working anywhere in the hotel, including the lobby and reception area, so I spent three nights without a TV.
