There is an individual at the front desk, Ren, who was AMAZING!! Ren took care of us from the start of our trip until the end and was just delightful. The Lounge is definitely worth the price and the food we had at this hotel was SO good!!

Breakfast was very good! Not the same old that you normally see in most hotel breakfasts. Muesli, delicious scrambled eggs, roasted potatoes and bacon all a few notches above the ordinary.
The theme of Minnesota North Woods was interesting, a funky vibe. You just have to give it a chance. So I guess we like it!!

Staff was rude, not helpful, couldn't find my reservation even when handed m booking.com receipt. Had issues with processing payment, wouldn't accept my card, then did..
