Perfect location: very close to the beach and far enough from the town center to be quiet. Decent food, friendly staff, and any issues that came up were resolved quickly.
Someone from the cleaning crew damaged my charging cable by putting a bed on top of it. Not a big deal in itself, but instead of owning up to it, they tried to cover it up.
I also had to chase housekeeping for several days — if you had the DND sign up when they did their rounds, chances were they wouldn’t come back that day.

Everything about this hotel is lovely. All the staff are very friendly, and it’s exceptionally clean

The hotel was really nice and clean. The staff were wonderful. Cleaning ladies were all lovely, entertainment staff were absolute legends. Reception - great and very helpful. Waiters also very sweet, I really liked the girl with red hair and all the guys. Great attitude and very professional.
The food was nice. A LOT of choice. I’d definitely visit again.
The beach in front of the hotel was not nice. Really not great to swim in. Also, there was constant nonsense with the towels, where they run out midday and none are available till 10am. Please fix this.

Room and facilities are in excellent condition. Cleanliness is perfect. Prices in restaurant are good value for money.
Check in process painful, we booked a room with sea view, and we got a room on first floor (photo attached), after complaining, we get a room on second which is not full sea view (beach not visible) but it was acceptable. Not a good feeling how customers are treated.
