We loved being on the first floor, which was incredibly convenient, and we were surprised by how quiet the flat was. We never heard any noise from the other residents in the building. The flat was beautiful and nicely decorated overall, with plenty of space for 3 adults and all of our luggage. The Murphy bed was surprisingly comfortable, and we really appreciated having a TV in the main living area. The kitchen was well equipped, and having a dishwasher, laundry supplies, extra linens and other household supplies available was very helpful during our stay.

The bathroom felt smaller in person than we expected from the photos and could have used a little more detailed cleaning. The tub and sink had some visible cuts or damage, and the utility access panels in the bathroom felt a little unfinished. The flat overall could benefit from a more thorough dusting, particularly the bedroom windowsill where there was quite a bit of dust and some cobwebs collected in the corners. The curved closet door in the living room also didn’t close properly. We understand this is an older property and some quirks naturally come along with that, so none of these things significantly affected our stay.

Die Küche war sehr klein und extrem schlecht ausgestattet: Kochen quasi unmöglich! Das Bad ist sehr dunkel und das Wasser in der Dusche läuft nur sehr schlecht. In der Wohnung war es recht kalt.

The location was excellent!

Our family was in town to celebrate a graduation, and the location was fantastic. However, we booked this particular property so that we would have space for our family and a kitchen to do some cooking and relax over the weekend just enjoying being together. We had to sort through the pans that would work on the stove in the kitchen, because not all of them work on that type of stove. The wifi did not work in the living room nor did the tv so we just used our computers if we wanted to watch anything over the weekend. The shower temperature was difficult to manage, so we were always trying to get it sorted. You just didn't know if it was going to get really hot or really cold so you made your shower a quick one. The flat could have used a thorough cleaning, but it wasn't bad. I didn't like that we had to buy bedding as an extra charge to fit the murphy bed in the living room, I thought the fee was a bit excessive for pillow/sheet rental. I considered buying a set just because it wouldn't have been that much more, but opted to rent out of convenience. We had some difficulty getting the address, and trying to reach the customer service line as it was busy on the first few attempts but that was eventually resolved and we were able to get in fine. It was a great location, but there could definitely be some improvements.
