The location of the hotel could not have been better. Although on a busy noisy pedestrianised street it was well soundproofed.
The staff were charming. Friendly and very helpful.
The room I had on the first floor was very small and there were no closets or drawers to put one’s clothes. Also as itceax on a pedestrianised street you could not get to the hotel by taxi uber etc which meant dragging your luggage over uneven tiled streets.

Friendly and helpful staff. They greeted us offeriing a glass of port wine and a Portuguese sweet tart. Showed us on a paper map of what to visit and handed it to us to keep. Location was excellent right in the heart of the city. The room was quiet, very clean, comfortable bed and lovely good functioning shower. Breakfast was very nice.

Proposes in a fantastic location, close to literally everything. Walk to a lot of sights and transportation.
There was construction next door. Wasn’t too bad with the windows shut but if you wanted windows open they started really early and was loud. But that is temporary. We still loved it
