Very close to the bars and restaurants. Good price especially for location. Staff was friendly, facilities were clean. Great for solo travelers or 2 that dont have much luggage.
The ac leaked when turned on low temperature so my floor was pretty wet. If youre over 5'7" (170cm) watch your head as the doors are low. Room smelled of smoke when i entered, so if youre not a fan probably not for you. Bathroom was quite small

Very convenient in Shinjuku very close to t taemoo he huge wonderful glen (park) and the gay district.
The room was very small. I should have selected a larger one.

The hotel does not serve any breakfast. Nor does it claim to. It is located on a side street in Shinjuku and is a 10 minute walk from the Shinjuku metro station. The room was tiny even by Japanese standards but the staff were super helpful even by Japanese standards. Mrs. Josi Godaka at the front desk was extremely helpful, gave me a lot of useful advice and went out of her way to book a taxi for me when i found it difficult to book one.
The room was absolutely tiny and had no window/ventilation.
