I had a really lovely stay at Lagoon Resort! The resort is surrounded by nature, and it was the perfect place to relax and enjoy some peace and quiet. The garden is beautiful, with lots of greenery and a big swimming pool. The food was also very good, with a simple menu and good-quality ingredients. The staff were all very friendly, welcoming and professional. A special thank you to Paola, who was always so kind and helpful during dinner service, and to Sabrina, who gave me one of the best massages I’ve ever had!
I really enjoyed my time here and would love to come back!

Very spacious property, but not particularly well maintained. Good location surrounded by greenery, with a lovely outdoor pool. Good breakfast, but the staff was not very friendly.
Absolutely not up to the standards of a five-star hotel. The room was small, not particularly clean or well maintained, with electrical outlets coming away from the wall and a broken toilet. The gym was very humid and poorly maintained, and the common areas were not adequately managed for a property claiming to be five-star. Given the treatment we received, we have stayed in three-star hotels and bed and breakfasts that were far better and much more welcoming. The staff was also not particularly friendly.
