Very relaxing. Great views. Saw dolphins every day
Front doors to the sea view do not open completely. We're advised that the door broke the day before. Break looks old. Poor maintenance there. Gate leading to the beach does not open. Sewer leaking on the road just a a bit further up from this building. Disappointing

We had the most amazing experience at 30 degrees... Everything we needed was centrally located, the apartment was in immaculate condition and we had everything we needed... The host was amazing and accomodating, we had an amazing time....I would highly recommend 701!!!

Great restaurants. Java for breakfast. Sandbar for dinner. Handy to larger shopping areas - Ballito and Gateway
No hooks or towel rails in onsuite bathroom. No where to hang towels.

The location and the view from the lounge, kitchen and balcony. Was clean and neat.
The drain in the showers clogged. The patio is not that clean both the one by the lunge and the one upstairs was not clean at all. I understand there are monkeys but before arrival it should be clean.

The elevator was dysfunctional the entire stay. I was informed it would be fixed the following day but unfortunately not.
This unit being on the highest floor was the worst , the walk up & down was the worst!

Not a serious issue, but bathrooms could do with a hanger or two to hang towels and clothes.

They made sure thy sorted out anything we required etc.

the twin bedroom mattresses weren't good,
the bathrooms need extractor fans and the second bathroom especially needs to be rearranged,
a lot of space in the bathroom but the toilet is cramped between the bath and basin making it very uncomfortable

This place is as beautiful as on the photos. Modern with everything you need. Close to walk to restaurants on both sides. Really enjoyed the time.

Perfect when you have kids. It is home away from home. Perfect location not too crowded. Literally away from the buzz.
Mandy and Rob are a great team... they made sure our minds were at ease and relaxed.
The showers could do with a bit of cleaning..
