Loved the breakfasts! Especially the biscuits and gravy. Great selection and very tasty. Loved the comfort of the room. I would've loved having some lotion available -- the cold weather made the air very dry. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

I need to drink a lot of water every day from health reasons. I loved the water in the lobby - tasted great! But hard to always make your way down to the lobby for drinking water. I would've appreciated a filtered water bottle filling station on the floor of my room. The tap water wouldn't get very cold and had a weird taste. I also avoid drinking from plastic bottles. I think it would be great if the rooms had body/hand lotion available as well.

We went to Dayton for a concert and the hotel was very convenient for the theater. The property was very nice and well maintained.

The continental breakfast was pretty poor, but everything else was great. The location was convenient for where we were going, but it did border what looked like a pretty desolate/industrial area. Having said that, a very nice park was across the street.

The hotel was within walking distance to the church and the wedding reception. The staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms were spacious and spotless thanks to Sally. The indoor parking was included which was a bonus. The free breakfast provided was more that we ever expected. We will definitely stay there again when visiting Dayton. We even had time to walk to the Second Street Market which was a treat.

It is located in a great part of town, there is plenty to see and great places to go for food nearby.

I did not encounter any problems or see anything I did not like.

Apparently, they did not receive notification from Booking.com that I was going to be there. Neither my confirmation number nor name was in their system. After trying to check in at 11pm after moving our son into his college dorm, my wife and I had to drive 7 miles to find another hotel with a room available. The Fairfield advised us to not use Bookoing.com again because this sort of thing happens often. Jonathan Mitchell

Staff was great. Location by the river walk was good.

This is a very noisy location. It's a very nice hotel in the wrong place. They have provided noise canceling devices in the rooms but they weren't very forthcoming about why they were doing that. If you don't turn on your noise canceling device you will have a noisy night.
