We enjoyed our stay! Everything we needed was there and we were so comfortable. Julia was delightful to meet and very helpful. We loved the views and the location to the everything in town was easy/convenient. We will stay again at this property the next time we are in town. Highly recommend!

This cozy place is everything it claims to be and more. A lovely space with everything you could need and lots of little touches and attention to details. As many reviews indicated it is very clean and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The outdoor space was very enjoyable and so well kept and decorated. Pride is evident throughout.

This property was as described and more! The attention to detail and obvious care for this wonderful cottage is the best I’ve encountered since staying in these types of properties. The kitchen was our focal point while enjoying a relaxing long weekend with my son and his fiancé. The kitchen was spacious and equipped with many items, spices and condiments. A thoughtful bowl with tea bags, individual coffees, cookies, and popcorn were left for us. And the cold beverages were greatly appreciated! Our beds were comfortable and although it was a hotter weekend, the air conditioning and fans in the bedroom kept us quite cool. All in all the property was everything I’d hoped for! The enclosed patio was fantastic and probably our favorite part of this stay! Our host, Julia, was attentive to make sure our stay was comfortable and would have assisted quickly if there had been a need. Will definitely return to this property!

The house had everything we needed and was close to main streets while still being quiet and secluded. The yard was well kept and the flowers were a nice touch. We would stay here again.

Lovely duplex that felt like home. Super clean and comfy with a great fenced, private yard. I stayed here with my elderly father while visiting for the weekend. He’s not super mobile so we spent a lot of quality time at the house. Beds were comfortable and we really liked the welcoming touches (lights and fans on, music on the tv, with a couple of water bottles and cans of soda). Pretty centrally located so getting around the area was quick and easy. Very well kept and would definitely stay here again.

The house was clean, stocked with everything, it was better than I expected. The instructions and recommendations on the refrigerator were priceless. Everything was seamless. The location of the house is convenient and easy to get around in the area.

We stayed a week for my daughter softball tournament. Perfect location for where we needed to go! Felt right at home! Cute cottage feel. We were able to cook our meals and relax at end of long day! Highly recommend!!

Meticulous cleaned rental, uniquely decorated, very comfortable & cozy ! Has a relaxing private outdoor patio area with gas fire pit, pergola, attractive lighting and comfy chairs with lake and mountain views. Off street parking with easy access and a quiet neighborhood. Unit offers a great location; 25 min to downtown Denver, 20min to Coors Field, 20 min to Red Rocks and 1:40 to Rocky Mountain National Park. Abundantly stocked with towels and kitchen/cooking utensils. Only interacted with host once, question was answered within minutes. This property is an excellent choice for couples or small families as we were extremely pleased with our choice !! Thank You Julia for offering an excellent product at an outstanding value.

Great home very near everything we wanted. Mountains, Red Rocks, and Golden. House was immaculate and left nothing wanted. Owners thought of everything to make this a home away from home. Owner was very responsive to any questions we had and also checked in to make sure we were comfortable once in. Would definitely recommend!

Conveniently located near major streets, we found it easy to get where we needed to go.

This home was very well laid out. Big enough to easily sleep a family of 4. The living area, Dining Area and Bedrooms were all well laid out. All the little extras that your forget to bring were furnished and available. We had a wonderful backyard with a gas powered fire pit and very nice covered Pergola. Of course it was cold but we still took advantage of the fire pit every night. The most amazing thing was our Host. Probably the best one we have ever had.
The place has Dish for TV, and super fast internet so when I needed to connect to work or surf the web it was easy to do. Our host truly thought of everything that someone might need.
If there was one negative it would be the hot water. It doesn’t last long. So the wife and I had to stagger our showers. So just keep that in mind of you stay here.

We really loved our stay at Julia’s! The home is absolutely adorable! The back patio was definitely our favorite spot! Perfect for coffee in the morning and enjoying sunsets in the evening. We will definitely look for Julia’s home on future visits to the Denver area!

Me and my friends had a wonderful stay at Julia’s beautiful home! It is a quick 15 minutes to all that downtown Denver has to offer, and in a great spot to jump onto the interstate and head up to the mountains! Beds were comfy; linens, towels, and blankets were all clean; kitchen and living room were spotless and had all amenities covered! Will definitely look to stay here again next visit to Denver :)

And it had everything you could possible need to cook. I cook a lot and normally I have to buy somethings to supplement the items in a VRBO, but this time I did not. I will definitely stay again if and when I am in Denver.

Everything was perfect. The only thing we didn't like was the bed. I like a harder mattress. If you like a soft fluffy mattress then it is perfect.

This place was very clean and well stocked. It was miserably hot in Denver during our stay but Julia made sure she had it cooled down for our arrival. In addition we met her and she suggested a few places to visit in the area that would appeal to my artistic daughter. Great stay.

We had a great stay. Property was close enough to city to be downtown in 20 minutes but also closer to the mountains for days we went that direction.
