Magnificent house near Pesaro with a large garden. Fully equipped, spacious and comfortable. Bedrooms with air conditioners, so you can sleep comfortably. Very communicative, helpful and friendly hosts. We did not lack anything. Highly recommended. I would be happy to use again.

The house is right next to the public road, so it may be a bit noisy during the day due to passing cars. But you can get used to it and it doesn't really bother you very much.

The host, Patrizia, was a true gem! We were expecting a package delivery and she insured that we received it before our departure. She tracked the location and even went to the post office to retrieve it. The home is very lovely, comfortable, and the kitchen is well equipped. Very spacious with several areas for folks to be alone. We especially liked the beds. Very comfortable! The washing machine was handy since we’re on an extended trip here in Italy.

We enjoyed this beautiful house very much, we feel like in our home with everything we need and can use. Our dogs were happy outside in the great garden and we can relax on the beaches. Thanks a lot for this fantastic holiday, we would love to come back again! Karin

The garden and outside dining need to be updated with better table and chairs and loungers and BBQ though Tomasso did say they were looking at this
