The view off the balcony and the pool were very nice. Nice big main bedroom and closet. Very clean. No information sheet so I did have to text with property management for some minor questions, but they were very responsive.

Wonderful condo in a nice area. Pretty sunsets. Weaknesses was no steak knives and the butter knives had no serrated edges; no Kleenex; provided soap was awful. Upstairs neighbor had a child who ran around very noisily almost constantly. Other than those complaints, it was great.

We loved the apartment the only thing you have to upgrade are the pillows but everything else was great! I definitely will come back to this place

Very nice condo & Thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The only hiccup encountered was to “reserve” the boat slip ahead of stay which we did. Then come to find out what we were told was completely inaccurate regarding which slip to put the boat in. The second day the property manager addressed the issue so it’s possibly worked out now but needless to say we weren’t pleased having to move the boat in the middle of the night after being in someone else’s boat slip. The only other issue for boaters is there is extremely limited space to park a boat and trailer.

We have a blended family and there is 7 of us kids aging from 10-17 and we fit comfortably. 3 days just isn’t enough time to enjoy everything.

Property was excellent! Clean, quiet, easy to get to and relaxing! It is located close to everything you want in a coastal vacation. Beach, Pool, Fishing, Great Restaurants and plenty of sights to see. Highly recommend!

Condo was very nice and clean. Had all the utensils for cooking. A grill somewhere on the facilities would have been nice. Boat ramp was close by and easy access to the bay by water. No boat trailer parking on site, had to park in in the culdesac on the street. Overall it was a nice quite complex and we would stay here again.

The family had a great vacation. The condo and view was amazing!!! The weather was awesome. Padre island is a must for anyone wanna breath taking views! I highly recommend

Relaxing coastal stay
The condo was very clean,comfortable, and spacious. They provided a nice welcome kit with soaps, paper towel and garbage bag. The elevator was a big plus! You can sit on the large balcony out back and look at the canal. There is plenty of seating options available. They provide wifi and spectrum TV in all rooms. It is very close to everything you need. CVS, restaurants, fishing, and the Beach.

The reason for the one less star is due to the worst sheets I have ever laid in and super hard pillows. Neither were not soft at all.

Beautiful home that felt like home. Gorgeous view, close to the beach and highway. Would recommend staying here. Well worth the price.

Everything was great except the neighbors downstairs bang on the ceiling and left a horrible note about how loud my kids running around was. They are 5 & 2 years old and way less then 40lbs so if you go make sure to tiptoe inside

Great spot
we really our stay. Location was fantastic to where we wanted to go. Place was clean and neat. Wifi worked great and cable was a plus for kids. Room was spacious enough for family of 5. Beds were comfy. Parking was very limited had to park on street one night. Definitely will rent again.

Great Location! Great Stay!
Property and amenities were awesome! The only reason I didn't rate as an impeccable location was because of the check in process. There is 2 lock boxes (primary and back up) it appears many people have had the same issue we encountered in the past but there isn't a clear description on where to look for the primary lock box. Other than that it was a great location, very clean and comfortabe. Now knowing which lockbox to use, we will definately be staying there in the future.

Beautiful & Imaculate!
I loved that the unit was so clean & everything was new/like new. No major wear n tear on the furniture, fixtures or dishes. The only thing that needed attention was the water/ice machine on the fridge. They need to be cleaned out. There was an aftertaste in the ice and water. We will definitely book this unit again!
