OVERALL IMPRESSION - We mostly enjoyed staying in this apartment, and would recommend it to friends. ESPECIALLY APPRECIATED - Very well equipped. Very nicely renovated and clean. Good location ACCURACY OF LISTING AND PICTURES. The pictures were accurate COMMUNICATION WITH HOST - Good DIRECTIONS TO APT - Detailed instructions were provided but we used Google Maps Directions We used exit 5 from Asashiobashi Station Its a pleasant 10 min walk along wide sidewalks then quiet streets LOCATION - Good. Some restaurants in the area, which we didnt try. Covered Shopping Street at end of block - very handy Nice LIFE supermarket at exit 7 from Asashiobashi station. The CHOU line connects to many other metro and rail lines IS APARTMENT RENOVATED AND MODERN - Yes, very nicely done CLEANLINESS - Extremely good NOISE - Occasional outside noise, but not intrusive. SPACE - Good - not at all cramped KITCHEN - Very good and well equipped BATHROOM AND TOILET - Tiny modern bathroom worked well. Stand up shower. Modern toilet HOT WATER - Good A/C - Worked well, both cooling and heating BED – Very Comfortable WIFI, POWER PLUGS, USB PLUGS - All very good LIGHT AND VENTILATION - Bright modern lighting and opening windows

PROBLEMS WE HAD - No where comfortable to sit. No table or chairs. No small towels No translated instructions for appliances ACCESS TO APT. Steep stairs up to second floor. Difficult with heavy suitcases SEATING, TABLE, COMFORT – No kitchen chairs or table. .Small couch was way past expiry date. It was so uncomfortable we didnt use it. LOCAL INFORMATION IN APARTMENT - None. No English instructions for remotes/ appliances

Close to USJ and accessible to restaurants and konbini. Bathroom supplies and towels and coffee and tea supplies. Laundry facility. Wifi.

Pillows could have been larger. Dining space.

Nice and roomy, comfortable beds and bedding. Washing machine was a great bonus. The decor was pretty and simple. The kitchen area and amenities were very helpful. We would stay here again. We enjoyed our stay Osaka is beautiful! Great place for families

We found several hairs on the beds, the place was dusty like it had not been freshly wiped, there was no towel racks anywhere or hooks for towels, no hand towels or wash cloth available, no dish drying rack or dish cloth. Couch was old and stained. These are just a few ideas for improvement.

Huge room in an amazing location close to the train station. You check yourself in but the host was very helpful with quick responses over messages when I had questions. Great location for visiting central Osaka and Universal studios, lots of food around, and very clean. The room looked exactly like the pictures!

Not something we didn’t like but a warning to anyone with a big suitcase - the stairs to the door are quite steep!

when I want to order the taxi the staff was so helpful and nice she did all she can do to help me and I left my bag with her in the office,

the only the inconvenient thing was there is no front desk that’s make me go with my suitcase to the office to leave them there
