overall the location is good. view is better.

Thay dont provide hot water in tents nor told you before. Room service is poor. GST bill not provided. Proper parking not guided by staff. Some staff members are arrogant. You need to call remind many times.

Let me list it down for all. ZERO VALUE: I'm not one to go online and give ratings but the staff at Cocoon is anything but courteous. They will rip you off for every service provided from an iron to iron your own clothes to a heater in case you're not feeling well n need a warmer room. BEHAVIOUR: The staff doesn't know how to respect females or families. To add to it, they don't accept cards as mentioned on Booking.com and will keep asking you to Paytm while their own Paytm doesn't work. WIFI: Last but not the least, the WIFI that they boast about doesn't work and if you're going there for work, it will be quite a loss to your business. FOOD: The food is an absolute turn off for sure. I am not sure if they serve fresh or not but walk out of the hotel and just land up at any small local shop and I promise you, you'll get tastier, healthier and definitely fresher food.
