Incredibly stunning apartment, very close to the city center. Everything you could wish for, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, comfy beds, ... The host Petra is so lovely and caring. Highly, highly recommended!!

Petra’s apartment is quiet, modern, fresh, spotlessly clean, and very well fitted out ensuring you have everything needed for your stay. It’s very close to the heart of Diocletian’s Palace and the old town. Thanks also to Petra who helped us find a car park when we arrived which was appreciated after a day of driving.

Perfect location, just 5 mins into the center but on a beautiful quite pedestrian road. Fabulous owner with great communication.

A kettle and a wooden spoon would be useful in the kitchen but certainly didn’t take away anything from an amazing apartment.

Everything! Petra was ON IT! From the moment we booked.. and as the time came in closer She met us upon arrival, helped us with our bags and showed us where everything was at.. she was even so sweet to have wine and beer waiting for us She had so many great recommendations and was SUPER accommodating! Went out of her way to help us find a few things we needed and even dropped off a blow dryer right when I needed one Petra is definitely a top notch hostess! It is evident she values her business and guests I would 1,000% recommend Luxury Apt Petra for anyone looking to stay in Split from location, accommodation, customer service and value! Thank you Petra!!!

A beautiful apartment, near to the centre of Split. Peaceful and quiet location. Petra is an amazing host! If you are travelling to Split, this is the apartment to book.

Everything was great! Location is really good. The apartment is modern, cozy and beautiful. But the host is the best!

We liked everything!!! Petra is a great host! She helped us prior to our stay and while we were there. She even helped us to arrange our transportation to our next destination .She gave us great recommendations for restaurants and made reservations for us. Her apartment is very clean and modern . there was nothing we did not like

The apartment was amazing exactly as seen in the photos posted; nicely decorated, finished and well looked after. It is close to beaches, old town, the port and shops. The apartment was great but what made our stay incredible was Petra who was the best host anyone could ask for! She gave us a lot of advice on where to go and what to do around Split. She also took time out of her busy day to help us out of a sticky situation late into the night when our booking for another accommodation with a bigger group in Split was cancelled right before our checkin time. If it wasn't for Petra's help and connections there would off been 12 homeless people roaming the streets of Split, she's truly a hero. She even offered and had a beer with us during the ordeal to help calm our stress. I would HIGHLY recommend and definitely stay again next time I'm in split! Also if you are looking to hire a boat to explore the islands Petra can help out too!

Just across from Diocletian's palace, the location was perfect and along a private little Ulica that was so charming. Petra was an INCREDIBLE hostess. She helped us with everything we needed including booking events, arranging rides, and bailing us out of a sticky situation. If I could give 20 stars, I would! Thank you, Petra!

Beautiful interior design.

Apt Petra have been positioned close to the all city attractions. Walking distance from Pazar an open market, Diocletian Palace, Splitska Riva and etc... Owner Mrs Petra have been friendly and helpful, giving very useful advice and information.

The host, Petra, had great communication with us, and provided a lot of information re how to get there, and the restaurants nearby. She was also very friendly and helpful. The accommodation was of very high standards, very clean and had all the facilities including washing machine (laundry powder provided) and dishwasher, and even a vacuum cleaner. It was very warm with 2 heat pumps. The decors and furniture were all beautifully placed, complementing the stone walls. I would highly recommend to any travellers
