This apartment is located in 10 minutes' walk from the old city and 10 minutes' walk from public beach, what is very comfartable. Foodstore, drugstore, cafes are in 5 minutes' walk. So it's perfect if you are looking for smth right in the centre of the old city. We booked apartment without balcony and it was clean, big, stylishly decorated and had everything for comfortable stay. But the most exceptional bonus you get choosing this apartment is its host Bruna. Superfriendly, open-hearted, always ready to help. She organised transfer for us (special thanks to Kristina), was our navigator and fairy godmother throughout all our stay in Split, whatever problem we had, she was always at hand to solve it.

Very good looking apartment, designed with great taste. The location is incredible, near the center and bars, also close to the beach Bruna our host was amazing, helping us fixing a mistake made in the reservation, and also explaining every detail in the apartment. Nice terrace, and the facilities in the place are great! We had the best time !!

Very close to the seafront but quiet enough to not not be disturbed. Super clean spot with great amenities and really nice staff who are very helpful.

The water heater switches are on the same plate as the light switches and air on and it very easy to switch everything off resulting in cold water etc.

Spotless, apartment spacious and very comfortable, AC very efficient, wifi worked perfect, host very kind, attentive and supportive. Big supermarket and great restaurants (thanks for the suggestions Bruna, all great) at walking distance The building has an elevator which is great when you are traveling with lots of luggage The terrace is huge. Perfect for workout Split promenade and port very close 5 minutes. This place is perfect for a family
