Amazing staff, Good Location

Food is very nice. Service is excellent. View is amazing.

The view and the park were very pretty, especially at sunset. The food was okay, staff was helpful but we had to ask many times for water, for food, for activities. It felt like they were lazy mostly... We saw a crocodile which is nice.

We had to pay entrance fee that were not mentionned anywhere and not included in the price of the room otherwise the guy would not let us in. Then, the room was pretty dirty, stained bedsheets, no clean toilet, no toilet paper. Only one towel in the bathroom. Nothing looked like the picture on the website, from the room to the activities to the food (it not served in banana leaves at all and you cannot chose). The tree walk is really small, like for children which is not what is advertised on the website. The worst was the staff having a very loud party until 3 in the morning. Couldn't sleep and didn't feel safe. Came here for the calm of the nature but total fail ! At the end, cannot pay by card just like in any hotel (no check in no check out), had to go to ATM to get the money, didn't get a lower price for the bad stay. At the end you pay supplement for water, food and activities, very expensive but since you are totally dependent on them because you are lost in the wild, you have no other option than pay or starve...
