Conveniently located. Good Breakfast
Very poor internet service. Hotel wanted to charge extra money for faster connectivity. Only 2 devices per room could log onto the wifi.
We were 3 guests in a room and found it very inconvenient .

Clean, easily located, excellent food and friendly staff

Checkin took almost 50 minutes. Room was having piller in the middle. Cleaning staff comes in without even knocking. Bathroom drain had issue even after complain no response. On refill request the staff first checks then refill.

the hotel has ZERO ventilation. when you walk in passage it is like you are in HOT ZONE. there is no fresh air flow though the building, this is very bad for health. Guest staying longer will lend into health problems for sure

Room allotted was not good. A very small room for that tariff in a B class town is not at all value for money. A piller is in the centre of the room no 110. Requested for changing the room. Answer comes as Just NO.

Stinking smell from bath room. I had tell the house keeping 3/4 times to clean the water outlet.

No adequate in room facility, most of the channels were non-operative. No in room dinning menu at room. S cere smell in bathroom. Bath soap was not filled. The room and facilities were not worth of they charged.
