Prior the check in, the host did send the message for the key collection instruction. However, it will be a bit confuse when first time to the building. It should be park the car at the road side, then collect the key, then can use the car park key to tap before enter the designated car park, otherwise, you cannot enter and have to use touch n go to go in and it will be charged.

Location was OK. Somehow near a few of the tourist spots. Used the gym, it was OK. Room was spacious.
It was not clean. Killed like 4-5 cockroaches and had a few more roaming around the room.
TV selection was all free to air.
Toilet in the main was leaking water whenever we showered. Bathtub was not maintained as well.

Very convenient and good location to old town eating shops. Big spacious area, with simple kitchen, lounge and dining.
An in-house washing machine would be welcomed.
Bathroom are bit dated and tired. Air conditioning drainage was flowing into bath. Tile grout hygiene has mould and needs antiseptic bleaching. Flakey wall paint in areas.

The location is excellent and within walking distance to all near by food attraction. There's a highly rated independent cafe right in front of the apartment for those who love coffee. Communication from host is excellent and clear. Definitely will stay here again.
Pool was not great and would not recommend for use. Security guards can be rather rude in dealing with guests.

the whole suite smells plastic when we enter, guess it was cause by poor wall paper quality under very hot and humid weather. not recommend for people with kids that plan to stay in the room most of the time. very basic pantry amenities provided in the room, no fruit knife. Only equipped with some bowls and plates, kettle with water filter.

The room is condition & location is good.
I m so disappointed with Booking.com servicing. Overcharge in my bank card with the reason of system error. How many months you going to drag for the refund? Until now i still haven't received my refund. I totally with no issue with the room but only the services provided by Booking.com.

The living room was spacious.
The swimming pool was quite dirty. The management should maintain the cleaniness especially during weekends

the water system very bad, 2 toilet but cannot use the washroom shower at the same time, one washroom will be totally no water

Clean, beautifully designed unit. Love all the decor too. Management was very kind to accommodate to all our needs.
