Suggestion for improvement - - helpful to have more hooks for clothes and towels in the bathroom away from toilet cistern - table in room for placement of lady’s essential makeup cosmetics - damaged ironing table leg can cause injury, which service had confirmed will look into it. - helpful to have fruit knife available for use

Good space and layout with adequate facilities provided, including basic utensils, shower stuffs, and decent beds. Easy check in and out.

Carpark can be a challenge to go up for inexperienced driver. The apartment itself is not so well maintained with water marks with old stains, the walls are peeling off and noisy aircond. Some leaking at the shower heater connectors.

Location is fantastic! We could practically walk to most of the eating and shopping places we were interested in. Convenience store is just a stone's throw away. I have stayed here twice and will continue to do so.

The location is excellent. It is walking distance to many good food places and the Ipoh heritage trail is also within walking distance. The place is big and comfortable. The host responded and took action quickly with our concerns.

As per some of the reviews, the place has an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. It didn't bother us as much as we kept the door to the bathroom closed from the rest of the place. The hair dryer was frustrating as it worked only for 30s before it shut down for a few minutes to cool. The host however brought us a new hair dryer the next day on our complaint. The hot water heater broke down and so we were without hot water for a day but the host quickly addressed the problem.
