the cheapest motel if you need to stay in Hamptons during the summer (yes, Hamptons are Hamptons).

the motel itself works, but make sure you go there with a car (the taxi charges you 30$ for 2km ride and there are no sidewalks to walk those 2km). Oh, and the beaches are for residents (not hotel residents) only.

We had an apartment which easily accommodated four people and had fully kitted kitchen etc. The lady that greeted us was hilarious (unintentionally) and the place had a good atmosphere. We saw deer and fireflies outside our room!

The only small thing was there wasn’t much room to put your stuff in the bathroom but not a big deal

Quiet. Very Clean. . Simple fridge, microwave and table with two chairs, night stand and dresser. Bathroom had a nice shower with plenty of water pressure. I would say the room was clean but could use a deep cleaning. Lady who runs the place was friendly and curious. TV worked fine. Plenty of wall outlets to plug in the multitude of devices that have crept into our lives of late.

One bed was fine. The other I wouldn't let my worst enemy sleep in. Literally shot. Glad we didn't need it. Floor is tile. Heads up: Do not drop your laptop or cell phone! Yes I cracked my screen on my phone as soon as I walked into the room. But thats not the motels fault. Just be extra careful is all. We were instructed to remove all of our trash and place it in the dumpster at the end of our stay. Personally I think this is a wise move as COVID and all. But others may see this as some sort of inconvenience or what not. I didn't mind at all. Ability to recycle would have been nice.

Great location, close to everything in the Hamptons. Quiet location, place is well maintained. Manager was very nice and accommodating.

Beds were bigger than expected for a double. Room was neat and tidy, nice big mirror and it didn’t feel cramped. quiet place. Deer and rabbits come at night to graze. Everything as expected. very close to restaurants and cafes

Beds were a bit too hard, but totally doable for a couple of nights. Had to message the owner for WiFi password and got a very nice reply with a list of local restaurants and attractions. super helpful!

This was our second time here but first time staying in the Queen Suite. We had our 3 year old with us and needed space for him. The room was perfect - our bedroom had a door on it and there was a kitchen open to a living area where there was a bed for him and a tv. The suite has a separate driveway and secluded entrance from the rest of the property so you really feel like you have your own condo which was awesome. Lots of extra towels and tissues provided. The location is great — really close to town and the beach. Quiet location, too.

The only con was that there was a few pieces of someone else’s hair on the shower wall when we got there. That was kind of icky.
