View was beautiful House layout was great! Loved the hot tub and theater room. Lots of social space!

House was noisy, no insulation No smoke detector in one room Stools in kitchen were loose and wobbly Little one spilled on kitchen floor, wiped it up, rag was filthy because floor needed to be washed VERY badly.

Needs more parking at the cabin. Otherwise it was great!!!

The location was very close to town and to everything. Cabin was very nice, Our cable went out and they were right there to fix it, very nice people, Grandchildren really enjoyed game room and theater room.

Only problem we had was at checkout. After we went in to check out as we were pulling out from the office the clerk ran us down and said we had a balance due on our account, I knew our account had been paid in full before we checked in, While I was looking up my email with my receipt where I had paid in full, he came back out and asked me if I had booked through Red Awning and I explained yes we did, then he told us everything was good they would send them their money. A little embarrassing with grandchildren with us.

Very simple everything is codes no keys needed. Chateau had everything we needed and more. Very accommodating!!

Reclining sofas did not work.
