Great location above the bakery and shops at Point Lookout with fantastic views over Main Beach to the south and Frenchman's Beach to the north.

Plantation shutters were a little grotty, apart from that the apartment was clean and tidy.

The location and the size and layout were fantastic.

Unfortunately I think the management is more attuned to dodgy tenants rather than paying guests. The cleaning was not good enough for paying guests, more like a standard expected staying at my elderly Mums. Rugs and carpets need cleaning as do fabric table covers. Pillows are stained and need replacing. The shower already had sand in it and the soap holder was caked with soap although no cake soap is provided. The limit of one toilet roll per toilet for a four day stay is just silly when you are paying $350+ per night. As were the limit of two dishwasher tablets. Little things like this and being told to come to the rental office to pick up more makes you feel like a bad tenant. One bath towel per person for a four night stay? Again just stingy and not a welcome standard. It really deserves better.
