I would expect a bit more focus from the maids on cleaning the floor in the room. Our room was on 1st floor and every time I've opened the window for some fresh air, the smell from the sushi restorant below was spreading in the room :(

Very hard to like something as our money was stolen from inside our backpacks in the room. Hotel management denies having problems (i’ve seen other reviews about stolen property). Also overpriced, not a 4 star hotel, no hotel facilities.

Convenient to the cruise port with a short taxi ride. Good breakfast. Near the opera house, science museum and bio dome

location is excellent since the purpose of our visit was to go to oceanarium. staff were seemed to be honest.

despite the negatives below our stay was not ruined and remained at acceptable level. However a few things are necessary to mention such as - it’s difficult to consider this place as a Hotel with 4 stars as displayed at the entrance banner. This is a part of the house with many apartments of other ordinary people where on the ground floor is “reception” and the next floor above is the living area with a long “claustrophobic” corridor. - from safety point of view I would question the size (width) of the corridor. in the event of fire or any other emergency situation when all the customers will have to leave the building the width of the corridor will be transformed to a one long bottle neck. - very soft and uncomfortable. my neck was begging for help after 2 days sleeping. - uncomfortable sofa in family room. for kids it might be OK but for adults indeed No Go. you will be sleeping like in a hammock despite the presence of the mattress. - and most annoying and disappointing fact was the noisy street below with all the cafes and restaurants full of customers drinking, talking and shouting which is officially permitted till 02:00. But the most terrible noise was during the removal of chairs and other equipment inside the restaurant premises just below our windows. The restaurant worker was dragging the chairs from the street and then throwing them inside. It was so noisy that whole family could not sleep from 23:00 till 01:00. the hotel receptionist was not able to solve the issue. therefore every night we had to wait until all the chairs are back from the street terrace to the restaurant premises below.

it might get noisy since it’s on the 1st floor and there are restaurants outside; the coffee or tea, as well as water bottles were not replaced once through four nights I stayed

Spacious room, wonderful bathroom, clean and new facilities. The room had a big wardrobe, a table with chairs, a small refrigerator, a kettle with a couple of caps, tea/instant coffee, and even a microwave. Wonderful view to City of science and arts, and even more - black-out curtains 😀 (really liked this). The staff was very friendly. Several restaurants and bars are right close to the hotel's door.

Only one small detail: the toilet was in a different room (from the shower) and it was so small that it was inconvenient to close the door.

The hotel is very close to the main attractions (City of Arts and Sciences, Oceanografic) and you can easily get to the city centre walking or by taking a bus. The staff has been friendly and ready to help us with everything we needed. The room was clean. Price versus value, the hotel was ok.

The room is very basic and rudimentary, I would say. Looks like the bathroom was improvized. Also, not a fan of separate wc and sink/shower area as I do not think is hygienic. The two areas do not have proper doors/walls, which does not give enough privacy to people. There is no ventilation inside, so if you take a shower the room gets instantly hot. In front of the hotel there are terraces/bars and they get quite noisy by midnight. If you want to rest after wandering all day in the city, you might want to consider ear plugs.
