Very good location, all necessary equipment in the apartment. I recommend it to everyone

Locatie

Het appartement is erg gedateerd. Het staat overvol met (oud en deels overbodig) meubilair. Het matras van het 2 persoons bed is zeer matig. Wij hebben er noodgedwongen maar voor gekozen om de 2 eenpersoonsbedden te gebruiken…… De douchebak zakte wat door….. Al met al matig qua niveau. Maar eerlijk is eerlijk; het appartement was ook niet duur.

Perfect location to travel by public transport. Many eateries, cafes and supermarkets on walking distance. Close to the old city. The residence itself is having all we needed. Master bed size is not too large, but sufficient. Good and fast communication (only in Spanish :-)) with the landlord.

Sheets smelled on the mold

The location was perfect - 15 min walk from the old town and 15-20 min walk to the City of Atr and Science. The apartment is in an old building, first floor. The location , althogh central is quite calm . The host is very nice and helpful.We arrived early and he arrange us to take the extra key and to leave our luggage.

Furniture was old . All the rooms are connected , you can go like a circle from one to the other. We were 4 of us - me. my husband and two friends. There was one double bed in the mater bedroom , that has no window and 2 seperate single beds in the rest 2 bedrooms. There is a small dining room between master bedroom and kitchen.The bathroom has no lock and its window is to the kitchen.

Very cozy, clean and nice place. very good location, very good local restaurant next to the entrance to the building with menu del dia. with short walk you can reach the park, city center or football stadium. good Wi-Fi.

The communication before we went was really good, and the check-in process was stress free. The location of the property was really close to most of the main attractions and was close to both metro and bus routes, with transport being excellent in Valencia. The apartment had most items you needed.

Due to the property being old style the insulation from noise and the weather was poor. The French doors let in the cold, and at times, the apartment was loud from cars and people outside. The light in the lounge did not work, so I was using a lamp, and the shower holder was broke, I saw that someone also reported this in May last year. The flat was cold and we could only find one heater for the whole apartment.But overall, due to the great location, the apartment was suitable for our stay in the beautiful city of valencia.

The location was good, the public transport was near, and the neighborhood is quiet and nice with lots of bars around and a local market near the place. The apartment is fully equipped, which is good because you need the cleaning supplies to clean the bathroom and the toilette.

We were shocked by the dirty bathroom and one bedroom. It looked like nobody cleaned it after the previous guests. The toilette was dirty, and the sink and the floor were full of hairs. I sent a message with photos to the host, he said it was the cleaning service's fault, apologized and ignored our request to send somebody to clean it. So we cleaned the bathroom by ourselves. When we checked out, I asked the host to send me an invoice, which he said he would, but after I sent him all required information he needed, he just stopped answering my messages.
