Wonderful stay -fabulous city to visit and excellent hotel.

Excellent location only short walk to cathedral ,bullring , places of interest in old town and near the park for walking . Room was very clean with comfortable bed and staff very helpful and friendly -breakfast was excellent with many choices between cooked , continental ,fresh fruit etc. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family.

Fantastic hotel in a most beautiful city

Excellent city location, short walk to the Cathedral, main square and most of the city sights. Fabulous restaurant and staff were friendly and very helpful. Would certainly return.

Very much disappointed paying money for 5 stars but stayed in 3 stars or below.

It was like 2 stars or 3 stars hotel but no 5 stars absolutely. I would never say and never recommend to anybody this hotel.

Bed was uncomfortable. Meal was very poor. Room was so small with my payment. Lobby was very small.

excellent staff, great recommendations great buffet breakfast but can also order off menu 5 mins walk from park, 10 mins to old town and 20 mins to Cite des Artes nice touch a bottle of cava in room for special birthday

limited sun in courtyard due to sails - can see why needed in Summer but shame to be sitting in shade at this time of year nice freestanding bath but only bath foam/shower gel in separate room in shower fixed to the wall

Elegant boutique hotel in good location within walking distance of the historic area.

The hotel is well located on the outskirts of the historic area. The bus route to the main tourist spots is just a short walk from the hotel. We enjoyed the breakfast, which for a small hotel, offered a lot of choice of local and conventional items.

We didn't find out about the hotel's facilities until later on in our stay. They could have been stated during our check-in. There wasn't any signage to the spa or fitness room.

We had a great time!

Breakfast was lovely, but a bit chaotic. Location was great. Room was comfy….lovely air conditioning, bathroom flooded a bit but we managed.

The majority of staff were lovely, but there was one who let the rest down.
