Location is really good (5 min from train station, city center ...). Apartment was big and light, also the terrace gives you a little escape in the middle of town!

Place is beautiful, but for families a little warning, a room with balcony is not child friendly (a fence has a little hole on bottom so, you have to look after kids not to fail through). The bottom one is good, just few steps.

The apartment was ok, big and good price.

It is really bad organized. It has nothing to do with the staff (super friendly), just poor operations. You pick the keys from a hostel, they don't meet you at the apartment. We could only check in at 4 and even then the floor was still wet. When it came to returning the keys, the hostel receptionist only clocked in at 2, so we had to wait for them. They didnt pick up the phone before that and there was no one at the hostel. We wasted a lot of leisure time. If you don't mind that then go for the accommodation, it is cheap and the apartment is nice.

The location was really good.

One of the rooms didn't have a window and was conjoined to the other room but the sliding door was jammed so didn't close. Cups & glasses were dirty. When dropping off luggage after checkout the cleaning team didn't give good customer service.

The receptionist was very kind and friendly.

The keys have to be picked up from few street away and there is a scheduele.

I love the location close to city centre and great Restaurants and bars will definitely use again thanks NWT Central apartments had a great stay see you soon

Apartment big enough , have been with four adults and a little kid - one double bed and two single bed, a couch, tv, kitchen, bathroom and a balcony, near the central station , WiFi not that strong.

WiFi a bit low.

We booked a room with aircon, 4 small children and a pregnant lady, we arrived and were given 3 small fans, the room was horrendous as there was no air. I would like a full refund please, the property told us to Contact booking.com but there is no way to get in touch with customer service. I have proof that when I booked this property the amenities include air conditioning. I live in Spain no one stays in Valencia in August without it. Please let me know when you will issue my full refund, thank you.

To be honest, NOTHING! Waste of money and time.

The receptionist was very unpleasant. The house was dirty (the dishes were smelling so bad and all gross, the bathroom was full of hairs from anothers persons, the bedroom was also full of dust and cotton) There was a party downstairs all night and no one even care.

The flat is actually pretty nice, simple, pure, and sooooo well located ! In the very well center of the city, no noise, that was perfect.

On another hand, sadly, many details : the very poor kitchen equipment (one little pan for 6 persons as an example), the cold water all week eventhough we checked everything, the kitchen table not working all the time, the wifi as well...And the big one : the confusion we had all along, from the website where pictures of two different flats (a big one and a little one) were mixted (be carefull on the flat you pay for, you could be surprised) to the absence of information for our departure (how to leave the flat, where to leave the keys, beacause the agency would’nt or couldn’t respond to our calls)...

Called and advised that the heat was unbearable and fans were not helping - they brought in a little fan. Good place but do not use during summer is it an oven!

No AC!

Great location. Renovated apartment. Way better than many places I’ve been to in Valencia and Barcelona. Great staff.

Not enough privacy if you’re traveling w friends. And only 1 bathroom. Also no air conditioning and ceiling fan in the living room doesn’t work.

The location was good. The host very nice and the city was wonderful. I will go back there again if I come to Valencia. Clean, simple and efficient. The price was also good and better than any other around.

The decoration, a bit inexistant but it wasn't needed.

The apartments are located in China town, next to Nord station. Great position near to Xátiva metro. Flat is ok, as described on booking. Thank you Juan for everything!
