This is our 4th year in Venture Out, first time at this house. We absolutely loved it. The large shower is amazing. Rick was very pleasant to deal with and was very quick to respond to any questions we had during our stay. Look forward to next year.

Convenient and reasonable compared to other places in Key West. Loved Venture Out and owner was quick to respond to any questions we had-will definitely stay here if ever in the Keys again!

Have stayed at Randall’s a few times, always have a good time. It’s just what we need on our yearly keys trip. Has all the necessities while being clean and great location. Just FYI for future bookers, venture out cut the availability of trailer parking by half and you may need to take your boat trailer to a storage unit. We had a late ish check in due to traffic and were not prepared to have to call storage facilities at 8 pm. Only slight negative which doesn’t reflect on Randall or his property at all. So plan and budget accordingly!

We had a great time. We need somewhere intimate to enjoy our honeymoon. Everything was perfect! We would love to come and stay again. Thank you!

Great trip! It’s our second time staying here it’s a beautiful house and a great location

The house was great! Perfect location and had plenty of room for us and a baby. House looked clean and had everything we needed. Loved being able to park the boat right outside the door. Only negative thing about our stay is who ever cleaned it sprayed so much gain on the couch and dining chairs that it made our throats hurt within minutes of checking in and literally made us sick the entire time we were there. I felt like I had a sinus infection and could not stop coughing and had a terrible headache and congestion every morning and if if I stayed inside more than a few minutes during the day but would clear up and feel better after being out of the house for a while then start back up as soon as we returned. It also affected our 7month old and he was coughing and sneezing the whole time but was fine outside of the house so we basically just slept there and stayed outside 90% of our stay.

We had an amazing stay at Venture Out! The property was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the amenities that Venture Out had available and felt extremely safe and welcomed on the property. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for my wife and I and our corgi Max. Well equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, good air, big gas grill, and a lovely view of the canal from the back where we spent a much time reading and watching the pelicans. In a very nice development with a big, beautiful community pool. Great location in the Keys, ten minutes from a Winn Dixie and half hour from Key West. We're coming back!

This place was perfect for our family of four & the canal and sea wall are very nice for boating. Friendly people all around the community.

Lovely location, but small. Didn't realize we were getting a double-wide mobile home. fairly clean and bright, but needs: repairs on bathroom pocket-door repairs on main-bedroom rear screen door broken standing-lamp in main bedroom missing ceiling-lamp fixture in main bedroom loose towel-holder in bathroom. It does have a LOVELY new floor through most of the house!

This house was exactly as advertised! Cudjoe Key was also a laid back place to stay, away from the crowded Key West but close enough to do some day trips.

I loved this place. Super clean and comfortable. Comfortable rooms, fully equipped kitchen. Location was great too. We are definitely coming back!! Thank you!

Our first time staying in Venture's Out and we enjoyed this cute little place. The kids loved the parrot fish in the canal and the location was perfect for our plans. Would gladly stay again.

This was a perfect house for our family of 4. It was comfortable for the amount of time we spent there. My only concern was the locks on the doors. The slider pull had to be tightened, the small back door can be pushed or pulled open even when locked and the front door, although secure enough, looked like it needed new wood around door. Very nice stay over all, but would be even better with no concern for security. The gated community was an extra measure of security as well.

I enjoyed my stay at this property but I felt that it fell a little short of what I was expecting. Not all the rooms had ceiling lights or fans. I’m not sure if that’s common or not in this area. One of the doors to the guest bedroom didn’t lock. Also I was expecting to have 2 bikes at the property for me and my husband but there was only one so we were not able to ride them during our trip. The property owner was quick to answer any messages with questions I had which was nice. We enjoyed the amenities within the community. Overall I think a few things could be improved but a nice place to stay.

We stayed here for our honeymoon & would not have changed a thing! We spent much of our week relaxing & were easily able to do so here. The home was clean, comfortable, & provided all we needed. The only negative would've been that the shower water was only hot for a few short minutes & then barely warm after that. Not sure if it was the home itself or just the area. We had a boat that we easily took in & out of the waterway right out back. The development was nice as well. Staff & tenants were all kind, & there was plenty to do staying there between the pool, walking the facility, & going to the beach area.

From start to finish a great experience. Everything we needed for our weekend getaway. Charming Cottage vibe. Great for a family or small group.

Cute, small house. Clean with a nice shower. I’d say the only part that was tough is that we brought our dogs and have a long way to walk out of the property to take them to the bathroom.

We have been to the same location last year in a different property. This time we picked the right one. This property has everything we needed and more. We did not use the amenities in the park because we were mostly out on beach but when back to the property we had everything to relax and end our day. We will be back next year if the property is available.

This place was small but it was very clean and very cute. The one bedroom is small but everything was very comfortable. We had a couple of small issues but Randall was very responsive and wanted to make sure our stay was pleasant. The guards at the shack were not very friendly, we felt more like a number instead of people, but that was minor.

it was not clear there was a dog fee. We only stayed 2 nights and its a 5 lb dog. Totally felt we got ripped off. No reason to have such a outrageous fee. When you already have a $113 gate fee a cleaning fee and all the other fees

Property was quaint and very clean. Had everything you would need in the kitchen. Beds were comfortable. Randy was nice and responsive. Left right before hurricane Ian. I hope everything is still okay there!

Everything about this place is top notch! The rental itself was very clean and cumfy for everyone. Beautiful Sunrise and Sunset area to see. Great outdoor seating in the back on the water for breakfast, lunch and dinner! Stocked perfectly with everything you need. Excellent boat launch, 24-hour security was fantastic and very friendly. Everyone that lives there is so welcoming. We're definitely telling everybody about this place that we know. The renter "Randall" gave such great communication. Thanks again! P.s our dogs loved it too!

We absolutely loved staying here. The layout of the house is perfect. Bathroom very spacious. Wish we could have stayed longer. Maybe next time. Would definitely rent again.
