Roaches everyday in kitchen and bathroom. Disgusting! I’m from Florida but you can control roaches! I didn’t want to be in there.
Beds were box spring and two queens. Master should have a king and newer mattresses .

Everything stated in description was accurate. Amazing pre-arrival communication and customer service on day of check-in and during check in process. We really appreciated attention to detail and making sure we were all set up.

We loved our stay! It was clean, well appointed, and had everything you could need to cook a meal and entertain. They even supplied us a Keylime pie! The host was amazing with great communication. There were some ants on the property seem like there was quite a few definitely could use pest control. The master bath shower could use a little adjustment with a new showerhead. Perhaps a detachable seeing as though shower is very very small. The guest bedroom does not have an AC vent so it gets very warm if the door is closed overall, I would stay here again. Property is an a beautiful place .

The house overall was amazing. Clean, with everything you could possibly need while on vacation. Master shower could be a little bigger but you don't go in vacation for the shower. Lol. The resort was top notch and everyone was so friendly. Will def be looking to stay here again in the future.

We had an amazing stay at this property in Cudjoe Key! The location was awesome and the amenities left nothing to be desired. The unit we stayed in was very clean and bright and comfortable for a party of 4. We could not have asked for better accommodations.

The house was wonderful, clean and had everything we needed. We rented a boat and it had a slip right in front, but if you didn’t do that they have kayaks and floats for use. 10/10 recommend and would stay here again

We enjoyed our stay very much. The home was immaculate and comfortable. We dined outside every night overlooking the canal. It was a quiet neighborhood and people were friendly. The only information we would have liked before we arrived is the fact they dogs are not allowed to be walked in the neighborhood. This is in no way a reflection on the property or owners. It is a rule of the neighborhood. However, had we known that we would have to drive our dog out of the neighborhood for walks, we would not have brought him. However, the property itself is highly recommended. We throughly enjoyed our stay.

Last Key Realty was great communicating prior, during and after the stay. The property was clean and exactly as described in the listing. It included lots of extras such as kayaks, beach towels, beach chairs, bikes, and coolers which made this a 5 star stay. The community was a clean and safe and close to many Keys’ attractions.

When we were asked about our vehicle make and model, no consideration was given about the compact parking this rental property had.
We received a parking ticket by the community that my truck was in the road blocking traffic. Which is was not. I have picture proof. My truck was clear as day pulled in the driveway as far as possible with maybe half an average handprint of my tire sticking out.
Just beyond uncalled for. Especially when anyone with common sense can see that I was pulled in to the best if my ability.

More of a campground type community, houses and campers very close together, strict rules at the pool and can’t see the ocean from it. Easy process to get in and out for the days we stayed.

The house was clean, nicely updated and had lots of conveniences which we appreciated (fully stocked kitchen, linens/towels, kayaks). Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate so we couldn’t go boating but my boys had fun playing pickle ball at the community center.

We had a great time at the property. From the moment we arrived everything was setup for us. Everything was clean and organized. There were instructions for everything including what to do in the area. The house had bikes and kayaks plus the dock which made getting around and enjoying the keys so simple. They even had a bbq which really came in handy. Anytime we had any questions we would text our point of contact and immediately get a response. We really have no complaints and would love to come back another time.

We were not happy with the fact that we rented this unit to have the convenience of having our boat right at the dock outside the unit; however, we had to find a place to store our boat trailer off site. This was very inconvenient and we found out about this upon arrival. The folks managing Venture Out have changed and they were helpful at all. It was also an issue when we had to load up our boat and park it overnight in the parking area near the boat ramp. One night during out stay a note was left on our vehicle because one tire was not on the driveway; while, there were many vehicles parked on the street? We paid a pet fee but were required to walk our pet outside the gates of Venture Out and our unit was probably one of the farthest units from the gate; therefore, my pet never made it outside the gate. How can this be expected?
