I wish we had a microwave in our kitchen. Otherwise excellent place.

Apartment was directly next to the main road of Santa Teresa and therefore very noisy. Pictures implicated wide space - however, the patio was very narrow, as the car parking is just next to it - rooms look much larger on the pictures. We were asked for 50% pre-payment by money transfer (+$30 bank fee) or PayPal (+6% fee) - such preconditions are not mentioned with the booking.com description - travelers without such payment possibilities may have difficulties (additional fees were waived after our protest). Apartment was way to expensive for the value.

The location of this property is amazing! It is very central in Santa Teresa and across the street from the beach.

The facility was good enough. I think the apartment needs a little love and TLC to make it worth the price that it is. Just a few upgrades like a closet and new bedding and couch would make all the difference.

Nice little house with very nice people working there. Beautiful outdoor shower.

The refrigerator was very loud, kept us awake at night. The wifi was out for 36h, with was bad for us since we wanted to work. Very noisy from the road 24/7. So much dust in the garden and the outdoor spaces
