Code provided ten minutes prior to access, easy to drive on to property and punch the code in and access our accommodation.. nice and easy, and on exit simply placing the key back into the security key box and leaving, couldn't have been easier or more efficient... GREAT

Kitchen cabinets need some attention (bi-fold doors coming off hinges), some pots in pantry/drawers needing some attention (or removal), but everything else was fantastic. Also, it is easy to assume that a booking for 2 adults is just needing one bedroom to be set up, but when a client is booking a multiple bedroom house it is an indication that more bedrooms need to be set up, this is the first time I have encountered this situation. Nonetheless.... In the end, we had a great few days away and the house was great.

Great location and fantastic views.

The house and location were fantastic along with the lounge, bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was good to a point - see further comment below.

The frying pans should be replaced with non stick brands. The dish washer refused to work on day 4, was fixed by staff but refused to work again on day 6. There was no oven glove which was provided on day 3. Both bed side lights in the first bedroom downstairs wouldn't work. The wheelie bins were practically full when we arrived. And whilst we were advised the property had enough space for 2 cars and 2 boats, the camber of the road and the steepness of the driveway will not allow a trailered vehicle to enter the property. Hence both cars and boats had to remain on the street meaning many long heavy laden trips had to be made from the street to get our food and gear into the house.
