It was a beautiful stylish huge room, the coffee machine was a very nice surprise, breakfast was delicious. location is perfect

we liked everything but finding it wasn’t easy as it is located in a street where cars aren’t allowed. Our suggestion is to park by yourself (Michael Angelo garage was about 600 m away) and walk to the hotel

This hotel is perfection. The location is unmatched in the heart of the city and close to everything. The rooms where large and comfortable and the staff is so helpful and lovely. Regina was a star! Highly recommend as a wonderful place to stay while in Florence.

Very good location right in the middle of the city center, good breakfast with quite friendly and helpful staff. The suite we stayed in was large and well decorated.

A really beautiful hotel and our room (the beautiful blue one in the main pictures) was exceptional. Very helpful staff. The location was perfect for seeing the main sights of Florence - the Duomo was one end of the street and the Ufizi was the other.

The noise. We know it was central and some noise was to be expected, but the windows/room did nothing to protect from outside sounds. There was noise until very late and vans stocking shops started before 6am - even earplugs didn’t shut the sound out. It’s such a shame because everything else was great. If you’re not a very heavy sleeper then make sure you request a room on the opposite side of the hotel (I imagine it’s quieter off the Main Street).
